NEXT Creatives is an affordable portfolio development program for junior creatives who just need a little extra boost to get their careers off the ground.
NEXT is also the program that personally helped me land my first full-fledged agency job. So when the program was facing extinction, I wanted to do something about it. My Ad2 counterpart and I reorganized the program. We got a few creative directors on board. And then we created concepts for three spots that drove juniors to apply. We were lucky enough to get Futuristic Films to help us bring the spots to life.
The 2011/2012 year was one of the most successful the program had ever seen.
